ALEIA by Paulo Airaudo is a haute cuisine project, which received its first Michelin Star in November 2022, located in the luxurious Casa Fuster Hotel in Barcelona (Spain). We are looking for a sommelier to expand our dining room team in 2025.

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on the selection of wines, pairings and drinks, providing a personalized and high-quality service.

• Maintain and update the wine list, ensuring a high-quality selection that complements our menu.

• Manage wine inventory and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service.

What we expect:

• Previous experience as a sommelier in high-end restaurants.

• Knowledge of wines, wine regions and service techniques.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Professional attitude, impeccable presentation and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

• Certification in sommelier or equivalent training is a plus.
